Hi mate,
Your reply will be much appreciated  :)

thanks

If you don't tell anyone, your condition will be a secret.

Just act responsibly - don't go for tattoo's without telling the 'artist', don't donate blood, advise doctors and dentists and use condoms.

VN HAS JAILED people for deliberately spreading the infection or not warning partners.
can I get a job in hcmc?  with my certification of having a hepa b with an inactive stage? not infectious?

because I believe there's an hepa b screening during medical to get work permit?

thanks mate
Just don't mention it - it's very prevalent here. 15% of population have B or C types.
