Hi everybody,
I am drooling for pizza and pasta...
Could you please suggest me a restaurant with good pizza and pasta in d.7?
Not pizza hut or domino please, I don't really like it..

Hi there! I strongly recommend Pizza 4P's. It is located in District 1 8/15 Le Thanh Ton Street.

But I suggest you to book for a table before coming because It's always fully booked.

Speaking as an Italian-American, who has spent a lot of time in Italy, simply having a recipe for pizza is not enough. You need a proper pizza oven, which means wood-fired.

That being said, I have not found pizza in HCMC that is as good as in the US or any walk-in by-the-slice pizza place in Italy. However, Scoozi and Pomodoro in D1 make edible pizza, but they're not in D7 as the OP requested.

I also tried at Al Fresco.
Yesterday, someone suggest me and new restaurant name Papa's. And he also said the chef is Italian too...
Anyone know about this place? and try it before?

For pizza by the slice, true NY style, my favorite is ESPY at 154 Cong Quynh, Q.1 (XL pizza, slices go from 50-70K, depending on topping)

As of Italian style thin crusts my choice would be 4P's on 8 Le Than Ton, Q.1 (but as mentioned above, it's always full and making a reservation is necessary).

I don't like Pizza Hut or Domino either. You have just ordered Pizza from Sarpinos which has the brands in district 2 and 7. It is Italian style but it is better to order 14 inches.

hi everybody,
hmmm, i have been to Papa's restaurant in d.7 (as someone recommended it to me), so far i can say it's delicious and i like it.
they also have some promotion for student, ladies night,...it's worth to come and try
