Hi. If you are interested in joining an English club or attending my friend Lily hosts one in Can Tho.Good way to meet Vietnamese people learning and practicing English. She also speaks excellent English and really knows Can Tho well since she lives there. I can send you her WhatsApp info  if you like via a personal message. She also does ecotourism around the Mekong Delta and beyond.
