Not only here.
That is their Global outlook on other countries.
They paid money for the trip,so they deserve the right to not change behaviours simply because of another country's culture or customs.
The Vietnamese traveller is the exact opposite.

There could be many things that influence a VN'ese opinion of them.
- only going to 'tour group approved' restaurants?
- haggling for prices to extremely low levels?
- centuries of distrust?

according to which standards ? have you heard about ethnocentrism ? if not , try this for a first approach, mate (oops sorry, I meant "buddy").

Spitting, picking their nose, talking loudly while cutting in line, urinating on public road or off it. I'm sure YouTube will give you more example visually. I don't mean to offend you if you're a Chinese descent.

Youtube ? to prove what ? I can find thousands of videos showing people from different nationalities (including yours and mine) doing the same in every corner of the planet.                                                                                                                                        And keeping to VN I can't see any difference with some non-chinese foreign tourists on Bui Vien / De Tham  who every single night or even during daytime do behave exactly the same as "chinese tourists do" ?                                                                                                                    If some of them come from the USA or Russia or Irak or UK or Bolivia or Congo would you say all tourists coming from these countries  "exhibit the same poor manner and attitude (as some local Vietnamese)" ? What makes you think that your standards are superior to others ? judge less, try to learn more about other cultures , you'll feel much happier in this country and in any other too.

I see all that 5 times a day , if not more , in vietnam !!! I think it fair that you :
Look in your own back yard before you criticize others . However I personally think  the Chinese are certainly more in your face and definitely lead the pack in rudeness
It's actually so bad that the Chinese government launched a campaign not so long ago , trying to educate tourists about how not to behave when traveling . If that is necessary , it's got to be bad

I, too, regularly see very bad behaviour by Vietnamese in Vietnam.  Apparently, for example, waitresses consider it acceptable to turn away from the customers and to pick their noses while waiting for the customers to order.
