Cambodia Visa on arrival stopped?

l3ully

Here a link to German site http://www.kambodscha.don-kong.com/2015 … afft.html, reporting that the VOA is being stopped. It is actually the second German newspaper reporting this.
Can anyone confirm/deny? Both newspapers are pretty low level and all printed in there must be true.

l3ully A VOA letter has never been accepted at any land border crossing, only selected International VN airports. The link wouldn't open for me so I didn't have a chance to read it. Online though VOA letters are still available.

Is this a cambodian VOA or a VN. I originally took it to be Cambodia.

That's the situation as I've read it.  VOA are only for arrival by Air.   However, I've had 2 "agents" in Nha Trang upon hearing I'm doing a border run holiday have tried to offer me a VOA for the bus coming back from PP.,and wanted $195 for it??????   The Embassy only charge $95 3 mth single.
They've got to be kidding.   Ha ha....crazy place.

At least until some weeks ago, there it also was possible to make the VOA when using the bus to PP. I assume somehow, this might be the kind of they maybe want to stop.
