LOOKING FOR A MACHINE SHOP TO MAKE A PART ON A CNC LATHE MACHINE

American company looking for an affordable company to make a part for them.  If price and quality are acceptable then orders for 150-500 pcs/month likely.  Part needed to be run on a cnc lathe machine.

I am acting as the middle man in this search.

try China town in the steel and metals area, lots of parts suppliers and manufacturers there
Yuli,
Thanks for the reply.  If you want to give me a contact then I'd appreciate it.  However, I'd prefer
not to give out too many details.  You can see the pics of the part I want made here.  Not sure what other details are needed.

Danny
Do you have a street name for me to check?  I really appreciate your help.

Danny
Hi Danny,

I think that company service cant do what you want...

If Yuli's lead does not pan out, there is a Haas place on Cong Hoa (nearish the airport) on the airport side of the road (the right) after passing E-Town (on the left).   They can tell you all of the places that are capable and have actual CNC machines rather than a Chinese made NC mill or lathe like you would find in Q5. If the Material is plastic, there is a place that specializes in teflon parts for automobiles in a hiem// off of Phan Huy Ich in Go Vap. If that fits your mold, contact Robert at Saigon Tacos (Me) for help finding the place. Here is a map link: http://wikimapia.org/#lang=en&lat=10.83 … &search=go vap
Cheers
Thanks much for the information.   I have found it very difficult to locate companies that do this kind of work.  Hopefully, I can with  though your help.   If so.....  I owe you lunch.
