My whole house shuts down everyday to watch this show on TV and it look very entertaining. The problem is that I don't understand Vietnamese and there are no subtitles. Does anyone know if they have an English language version for download or for sale?

Is that the dubbed version of Korean drama or Chinese?
I think you can find it in Youtube with Eng subs.

Yeah, it is Chinese. In fact it is the most popular Chinese TV program ever. I'm sure there has to be a boxed set available somewhere.

Ah yes, not that one, but this is another one my wife used to watch when we lived in China. In fact, she's probably seen every Chinese show that's shown in VN now, and I've seen several of them. And yes, most of the women in them are cute/pretty/beautiful/hot. She always wondered why I didn't mind watching, knowing I couldn't understand a damn thing.

HAHA....Just like the men that watch Spanish speaking channels with hot dressing Latinas, and they don't even speak Spanish.
