Can someone recommend a tax service in the HCMC area who can assist me in preparing my personal US tax returns.

I see H&R Block is an advertising member of expat.com. Might be worth checking with them.

It really depends on what level of complexity your finances might have. You can do a Brave search for <us expat tax services> which will turn up several options and you might find some of the discussion in reddit of interest. If you have multiple companies or potential capital gains; Jason Kovan structured my offshore companies to reduce my US tax liabilities.
