Hello. A month ago, our employer told us that he couldn’t pay us more because he couldn’t cope. We have wp and Trc designed. the employer no longer allows us to work. Trc does not give it back, since it is from the agency, he did not pay them. We cannot leave Vietnam without TRC. He doesn’t break the contract, what do we need to do? how do we leave Vietnam?
