Looking to buy a bar in Lamai Beach

Hi

Done a lot of research into this so don't need people telling me its the last thing I should do! Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I'd like to buy a small to medium sized bar in Lamai Beach. Ideally along the same soi as Condom Bar, Ploy Bar, Diamond Girls etc or same street as Diamond Bar. Definitely not in the quiet soi with the Wine Bar on it. Already about 10 bars for sale there and theres a reason why. Also not in the bull ring or in the middle of the noisy complex housing green mango, chilli bar etc.

Small bar but big enough to have a pool table is preferred. Also willing to invest with someone who already has a bar up and running.

Every bar is for sale if you come up with the right price, they change hands so often.

I googled The Magic Rat Bar in Koh Samui........goes back years. If you are for real you could find a bar in 3 days not 3 or 4 years. Dream on!!!
