Seeking Laos/Myanmar workers to employ at our villas

Hi, does anyone know of the best way we can find good and reliable workers from Laos or Myanmar to help carry out maintenance, cleaning, gardening and other general duties around the villas we have.

We can provide live-in accommodation for anyone. We employed 4 good workers from Laos for many years, who have had to leave for personal reasons.

Grateful if anyone can recommend workers or best way we can source them.

They will be required to work in Thailand ?
