As far as flying out from Hong Kong to Bangkok, only Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific and Emirates are allowed to carry passengers, who must possess a Certificate of Entry, and subject to the six categories of control except Thai nationals and permanent residents. Quarantine is still mandatory for 14 days.

I can't find anything on the Thai news sites about a 7 day quarantine.

You can now quarantine on a golf course though  :top:

I arrived in Bangkok from Tokyo (late November) and faced 14 days quarantine with 2 covid19 tests. Very difficult getting a Certificate of Entry. As far as I know the 14 day quarantine (not 7 days) still applies.

January 15th will come new update about reducing of quarantine period  but it will may reduce to 10 days not 7 days.
BUT
Recently there's a new outbreak started from Samutsakorn area and infected about 800+

Hope that vaccine will come very soon.
