Updating Bangkok Bank FDC account Passbook

    Does someone know where it is possible to update a Bangkok Bank FDC account passbook?I use to do it in Silom Head Office. But I am not leaving center Bangkok  anymore.The Branch in Nonthaburi says I have to go to Silom... Some experience to share about, please ?Thanks        -@bratstvo

Do you mean a Foreign Currency Account = FCA or a Fixed Deposit Account = FDA? An FDA can be updated in an update machine outside almost any Bangkok Bank branch. I guess an FCA must be updated at the branch where you opened the account. Nonthaburi by the way is not very far from Silom Road if that's where you need to go

(previously, in one Nonthaburi Branch they said only in Silom... In Silom they said only here... the hot line cannot be reached...)

It's FCD not FDC. FCD stands for Foreign Currency Deposit. At what branch did you open the account?
