1 What is the Official mask wearing rule for simply walking outside.
2 What seems to be the Unofficial rule for locals for walking outside … both nose and mouth , mouth only , under chin ?

I am not there to see it in my own eyes but as far as I can see it from the News, it seems like they follow the rules set by the government of SL. Perhaps someone who lives in the country right now would be kind enough to reply and clarify things better.
