I 'm Thushara from srilanka and I have a beautiful big land  close to Hikkaduwa  area. The land facing to the sea.
at the moment I'm running  Guest house there and  I'm looking for Business partner for developing this
project.

I'm planing to build new building there and  I need a partner help to do this.  The parties together will operate
each unit in partnership. The investment partner will get all rights to the property under agreement. Two parties
wil sell the property (rooms ) share profit on pre agreed proportion.
