About Immigration and getting divorced to a Korean

spicoli0420

My wife is from Korea and I lived there for over a decade.  We moved back before the Pandemic to the US.  Ever since then she has changed and I strongly believe she is using me to get Citizenship, attend a Master's program here, and use my family for monetary reasons.  We live with my family, but she never talks to them even though her English is perfect.  She hasn't gotten her Citizenship yet and keeps threatening to sue my sister who is my Sponsor.  Has anyone dealt with this?  What rights do I have?  What about my family's?

Thanks,

Lukas

So, she only talks to your flesh and blood in order to make threats? I'd skip the marriage counselor and go straight to a lawyer.  This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any culture.
