Rejection of employment pass

Hi,
My employment pass was rejected with reason with ‘adverse record and not eligable to apply work pass’. It is quite strange.
Application date 8th Nov
Rejection date     20th Nov
I have been working in singapore for +10 years and MOM gave this remarks.Can you suggest me if you have experience about it. Thanks

You should contact MoM and/or ICA to find out what the adverse record is about and whether it can be removed.

I am relatively confident you would know if you have gone against the law whilst in Singapore- have you done something for which you were penalised/ charged/ accused? If not, such rejection reasons won’t be cited.
