IPA extension got rejected after MOM email was out

I got my EP extended in July and received the IPA already. I planned to go back to Singapore from India but stopped due to travel ban.

Now I received the IPA extension rejection although my company said they received the email from MOM said that all IPA will be extended for a year. What should I do?

Sorry, I didn’t quite understand what happened. Your employer is keen to hire you but MoM rejected the extension? If so, you can’t do anything except have your employer speak with MoM and make a request.

Hello! My employer applied for an extension for my IPA as well and she said that MOM approved my extension but how come the file that was sent by MOM to my employer still got the same IPA expiration date as the original one.

Not something we all can help with, it’s for your employer to address and pick with MoM. Could be an error.

Thank you for your response. But with the current situation. If an IPA extension gets approved how long is the extension usually?

Moorty: I encourage you to read the various discussions on this forum about work pass approval criteria. Maybe after that you have an idea why yours was rejected.
Without further information, we surely have none!

I applied for EP on December 17
Was asked for documents on January 14
Submitted on January 16th
And still haven’t heard anything from MoM

Does anyone know if it’s possible to get rejected 3 times after appeal?
