Helpers below the age of 50 years from most nationalities can migrate to Singapore provided they can get a job and an employer who is ready to sponsor them (seek work permit for a Foreign Domestic Helper), buy you an insurance, take care of your medical examination as per MoM requirement, also pay your salary as contracted. In the current situation, they need to pay for your quarantine and also secure safe entry approvals for your travel (if it isn’t a high risk country).

Thanks so much for reply but please is it possible for me when l reach Singapore to take myself without a sponsor then after l try to find one in that period l try my luck and another question l heard blacks they aren't given any domestic nanny jobs in Singapore is it real

You cannot apply for a Work Permit (the kind of work visa for domestic helpers) yourself - only an employer or their agency can.
Almost all domestic help jobs are found through agencies. Many of them are crooks and will charge you more than allowed, so be careful!
Traditionally, all domestic helpers come from a small number of Asian source countries - and most employers would still not accept any other. Furthermore, most families would want a nanny from a similar cultural background as themselves (which is understandable given the fact that you’d have to live with the family in one flat, prepare their food and keep the level of cleanliness and order they are used to!). So I think you chances are low  But that should not stop you from trying to contact as many agencies as possible!

Oh, and: Sadly, discrimination against people of darker skin is still common in Singapore. It is, of course, illegal - but this is seldom enforced.

Before COVID, I used to recommend job search trips to Singapore for serious job seekers. But with current travel restrictions and quarantine requirements, this might be difficult to impossible right now.
In any case, for visiting Singapore as a tourist you need to budget at least S$100-150 per day, better S$200-250 (on top of the flight ticket).
You won’t find a job and get the visa within a month, so you’d have to return when the formalities are done (IF you get the work visa approved).
Good luck!

Actually am willing to travel there in 2023 cos right now am working on in Dubai thank so much for your reply
