Mistake in E Pass application and it got approved

My previous job role last working date was 31/05/20** but in the EP application I updated as 01/06/20**. There is a day difference.Realized very late about the mistake and the EP is approved. When I informed my employer they said they cannot make the changes and only I have to update to MOM. Will this impact my EP? I am very worried
