Bar at Boat Quay for take over

The rents are too high at Boat Quay - that's why the bars there change so frequently (despite high prices).

Are you interested to takeover? Rent is reasonable it's not that very high type so maybe you would like to consider. Because this deal I can assure you it's really good that's what I can say. We can meet to talk more about it if you are interested

If you have a commercial interest in the transaction, i.e. you are doing this for a commission rather than just helping a friend for free, you're not allowed to post for free on this forum, but would have to advertise. Thus please confirm your intentions!
(Sorry, I am not interested, as I have seen too many bars there fail - in my opinion it's not a very good business idea.)

Nothing to be sorry about everyone have their own choice to be interested or not ok noted would post on advertisement. And please don't have a mindset that opening a bar there means it would fail. It actually have to depend on how you advertise & market for your bar that's all.
