TEP(Training Employment Pass) pass reapply

Hai My TEP(Training Employment Pass)pass is going to expire next month but I have few more work left. My employer is planning to cancel and reapply as it is not possible to extend TEP. Will MOM approve this?

@Thangaiyah Sari You resurrected a thread that was dormant for 12 years - possibly a new record - and already didn't receive any replies then!

The TEP is a rare pass, so we have not much experience with it on this forum. But in general, MoM needs as long as they need - there is nothing you can do about it. And an appeal only has a chance of success, if new information was submitted that removes the original rejection reason.
