IHRP CP certification for DP pass holders

I am currently in singapore on a dependent pass. It's been almost a year that I have been looking for an HR job in singapore. I have applied to countless number of jobs and all I get is a rejection mail despite having relevant experience. I came across a certification called IHRP and for a foreigner it costs around 1700. Can you please suggest me in my case if it would be worth for me to do certification. Like would it give me a boost in finding jobs?

I think it is better to ask local industry experts in your field of work how recognised this certification is, rather than expats on an Internet forum.

HR industry is mostly reserved for locals and now even some locals are struggling as HR roles are made redundant/outsourced. You only realistic option is to get a job through networking.

better go with any other industry rather than HR. Even if you got certificate you will struggle to find open job roles. Can try some supervisor or executive or operations kind of jobs. You may find job in that domain bit easier than HR
