No update on spass application since 3months

Hi, my employer filled an Spass application on 1st of August, after 20 days that MoM asked for some extra documents from Employer. Required documentation is also submitted by end of August. But from then there is no update on the Spass Application. still showing pending.

can anyone please suggest me regarding this issue, its been 3 months since the application.

why it is taking this much time to process the Spass Visa. this is a special situation for me.?

kindly guide me with your suggestions.? why it is taking so long.?  is this a negative in my case.?

Processing times longer than two months are uncommon, but not unheard of.

Your employer should contact MoM to find out what is holding up the process. In most cases, it is missing answers from your home country's authorities, organisations or companies, which MoM contacts to check whether your credentials are genuine.
