LTVP application for my mother

Hi i am LTVP(Spouse of SC).. i want to apply LTVP too for my mother.. is it possible?

Or is it possible if my husband apply for her LTVP too?

The LTVP eligibility criteria are listed on ICA's webpage:

Parents of an LTVP holder or parents-in-law of a citizen are not eligible.
