Share your experience to better understand the work culture in Singapore and facilitate the professional adaptation of people who are wondering about it.

How would you define the work culture in Singapore?

What was the most difficult thing for you when you started working?

What made the biggest impression on you?

How did you fit into your team?

@Zion Best You are off-topic with your qestion here, on a thread abou the work culture in Singapore!

But, as we wrote many times, employment agents in Singapore do not normally work in the job-seeker's interest (no wonder - they are usually fully paid for by the employer). They make things more complicated for you and often work against you. It is far better to apply for jobs directly at potential employers and not use these agents!
