Is EP qualifyning Salary must match with the salary showing SAT ?

Yasintha Kosala

EP applied: 11 November

Status: Pending

My EP qualifying salary, which is shown in the SAT is 8500 SGD and my employer-offered salary is 7520 SGD. This is my first time applying ep. Will the salary gap lead to rejecting the EP?

If you do not meet the requirements (as shown by the SAT), your application will be rejected.

However, if your employer checked the "also consider S-Pass" option on the application form, you may get this (lower) pass instead.

@beppi hi beppi, i have the same question as above. So if the employer choose the option "consider S pass," will it also appear appear as the pass type applied in the "Check A Work Pass" portal? Or is it only the Employment Pass that will appear as the pass type applied? Thanks

@beppi Thanks for the feedback.
