Will MOM approve work pass in short Job Hopping??

You joined today, realised it doesn't suit - and found an alternative job - all within ONE DAY?!?

I have problems believing that.

If you terminate your current job properly (check your employment contract on how to!), a one-time job-hop isn't seen as a problem. Just make sure you stay in the next job three years or more!

i attended couple of interviews & the progression of results took longer .

i got the offer from company A & joined it , whereas company B took longer to share the offer & sent on monday .

though i was not satisfied with the roles & responsibilities in the current company .

so planning to quit from the permanent position .

so is it better to quit within a week or after 3 months by getting other new job asap ?

This does not matter. You need to stay a few years to avoid being seen as job-hopper!

company A 5k salary (2 years) --> currently in company B 7k salary (less than1 month) --> company C 9k salary

will this salary hike would be an issue in approval of IPA ?
