if im not mistaken, that will range between $600 - $1000 or maybe more.

I think the estimation would range from Php 23,000 - Php 50,000, depending on the location.

It can range from PHP 30,000 up to PHP 60,000 depending on the condominium project and where it is located.

I am currently a Property Specialist of Federal Land Inc. located in the Philippines. I know who lease units in Makati. From what I know the prices may range from Php60,000.00 and up depending on the project's location and the project itself.

From what i know, foreigners are not allowed to own a land here in the Philippines. That's why most buy condominiums where the ownership of the lot is divided to the owners of the units.

If you like decent place with security its at least 120.000 php to 220.000 php minimum
