Marrying in the Catholic Church

Had a Filipina niece marry a Greek Orthodox Cypriot in the Catholic Church in Santa, Ilocos Sur in November, 2014.  I would think it would be no problem for you to talk to the priest, explaining that you were baptized Catholic and are a Christian.  I was a divorced Lutheran converted to Catholicism, and since marriage is not a sacrament in the Lutheran church plus I bought a couple of fans for the church, it was no problem for us in 1994.  If you offer to help support the church while in the Philippines I would think it could be accomplished.
