Try Google it, I did and it comes up with many options. Firstly though do you know anybody who has used a Family Lawyer there and if so would they recommend them?

My quick check on Google also showed that Samson Norombaba Law offices in Cebu conducts the first consultation free of charge. Might be worth checking them out and if they do offer a free consultation, take them up on it and get a rough idea of where you stand. I guess you can always use another lawyer if they are too expensive but they will be able to give you some initial guidance.

Nothing in life is for free CA especially in the Philippines. Filipino lawyers especially, once they hook you on 'free' bait will gradually reel you in. By then its too late. The fishing analogy is often referred to in marketing terms as a 'loss leader'
