I'm not sure, but here are some positive signs;
One such school put in an add yesterday they hire teachers so I suppouse they expect to have open after the normal break period.
And a working student I talked with recently I understood as he is studying still but I can have missunerstood. (We discussed mainly other things as e g the situation in his tribe.)
