Your idea of “reasonable” and other people’s might be totally different. Maybe be a bit more specific in what you’re looking for. Cebu is a big city, any idea where in Cebu you want to be? Most places here have a kitchen. Your idea of a kitchen and their idea of a kitchen may be polar opposites. Most kitchens here are barely functional in my eyes but, that’s just me. Anyway, being more specific in what your asking will help others to help you w/o having to waste their time asking you a bunch of questions.
Or you could simply help yourself by checking online for places to rent.

Hello Sporto
Welcome, most rentals are for six or 12 months and come either furnished or unfurnished. What is your preference ? The kitchens are pretty basic. What are your priorities, close to shops, close to schools, near transport ? Post what you need and I might be able to help.
