How much does it cost to renovate a simple small house.

Just wanna ask if how much does it cost (estimated range cost) for renovating a house. From hardiflex to concrete? Its just a small house but I dont exactly the exact meter square. But would it cost 100k or less?Including the labor? Can you help me guys?

100k do you mean php? if so you are kidding your self, that is way to cheap for any kind of job to do with houses, but if you want back yard jobs maybe is ok not sure on that one

labor here runs at around 100 php, plus per hour, plus, depending on your negotiating skills. An hour for "painters, plumbers", for simple work. Then mate you will have to add in the paint and other relevant fittings you need. If you want good quality then you may also have to pay for quality paint brushes, etc.
