Is it Safe to book international travels Online

I am trying to book my friend from Warsaw, Poland to Manila return through a regular travel agency here in the Philippines but compared to the online booking it is about USD200 higher; I am looking at Travelocity, Fare Compare, Skyscanner; if anyone can suggest, it is really appreciated. thanks

Try Kayak.com I am from the USA and travel back and forth, at least, one a year, never had a problem. I have lived here for 5 years

I live in Malaybalay and the local TA is consistently  $200-300 =above their price.

I would just make sure whoever you use has an office address and phone number, just in case something happens and you need to speak to someone.
