Are there licensed pros I can work with to find a rental property?

Just an observation but you will have difficulty finding a bath tub in a CR here, especially in a rental with the prices you are looking at. Only experience talking from my end looking at 2/3 bedroom condos in Manila 15 years ago, never saw a bath tub. we leased a 3 bed/3 bath condo and was P30K per month 15 years ago.  Even our home here that is 5 bed and 5 bath we never put a bath tub in and only 2 have hot water units to the showers. Have you browsed FB marketplace for rentals? Sourced the local R/E agents in the areas you are looking to settle in?

I hope others here can offer up some further info.

Just type in “Real Estate Agents in Palawan” and five to six will pop up.

Fwiw, my opinion is that bathtubs will only be found in Hotels, Condo’s and Apartments. Finding one, let alone two in a filipino home will be extremely difficult especially on Palawan.

If you were to find one and it was available I doubt it would be in your price range.

Probably more in the 40K-60K.

You can take a look on FB Marketplace, set the map option to palawan and it will give you a idea of what is currently available there.

Some nice options are listed in your range, but none with bathtubs. Good Luck

Here in Boracay the 3 bedroom units have a bathtub in one of the 3 bathrooms. They got a great view over the island and the ocean on both sides. However, I doubt you can rent it. The owner wants to sell the unit for 30M.

Thanks for your reply and well wishes, and I've tried FB Marketplace and talked to a few people who run local realtor pages but nothing came of it. I know bathtubs are rare but I assumed wanting one would limit results to upscale and recently built properties - maybe not, though.

I've tried everything but nothing panned out, which is why I was hoping someone would recommend specific apartment hunters - like those on House Hunters International but for rentals. The ones I messaged on FB and through websites I found on Google didn't send me anything Any normal type of rental is fine with me
