From October 8 to 11, BYD and Denza, both Chinese car makers, are hosting their Super Experience Week at the BGC Amphitheater in Taguig.

The event is free and will showcase the brands’ latest vehicles, technologies, and innovations. Guests can also expect interactive activities and test drives in the BGC Garden.

One of the most anticipated highlights is the exclusive preview of the Denza Z9 GT. The fully electric shooting brake comes in either a single-motor or tri-motor configuration, with the latter producing an insane 1,140hp and 1,210Nm of torque. Denza has also started taking reservations, with the official launch scheduled for early 2027.

Aside from the Z9 GT, guests can also take a closer look at the Denza D9, B5, and B8.

As for BYD, the newly launched Atto 2, Sealion 7, and Seal 5, along with the brand’s full lineup, will be on display.

Throughout the event, guests will have a chance to test-drive vehicles from both brands.

On the weekend of October 10 and 11, a special exhibition along 5th Avenue will feature cars from Yangwang—BYD’s flagship division.

While the brand didn’t specify which models it will showcase, Yangwang has only a few. Fingers crossed, it’ll bring out the Yangwang U9 Xtreme, currently the world’s fastest production car with a top speed of 496kph.

“The best way to understand electric mobility is to experience it, and this week is where Filipinos can do exactly that,” said BYD Cars Philippines managing director Bob Palanca.

“As more Filipinos make the switch to electric, we want every owner and enthusiast to feel confident behind the wheel. Through the EV Safety Program and our hands-on showcases, we are bringing that knowledge directly to the community.” CompareCars

“Super Experience Week gives us the opportunity to bring our customers and the public closer to the technologies and vehicles that are shaping the future of mobility,” said BYD and Denza Philippines country head Adam Hu.

“For Denza, this is also an exciting opportunity to showcase our growing lineup and give visitors an exclusive first look at the Denza Z9 GT ahead of its Philippine launch.”
