Price to notarise a land lease in the Philippines

martazietara

Hello,

Does anyone know how much it costs to notarise a land lease in the Philippines? I will be grateful for information. I talked to lawyers from Manila and they gave me a terribly high price and I wonder if it's not too high a price for preparing several documents.

Thank you.

You mentioned speaking to a lawyer in Manila. Is your land located in the same region?

I hope someone here can provide you with more information.

All the best,

Hello,

Thank you for your message.

No, I bought my land on the island Romblon, Romblon. I just talked to a lawyer in Manila and he gave me a very high price to prepare the documents.

I would think a license real estate agent could get the lease typed up, and probably knows a lawyer to sign it, I have had documents made by a lawyer for as little as 500 pesos
