Hi All,
I am an Indian National and have lived in Malaysia since 2006. I lost my husband(Malaysian) to cancer in 2017.
My application for PR was in process and i had already completed interviews with the IPD, however the file was closed after his death.
My eldest son was 22 at the time and I was able to obtain a widow social visa with my son as a sponsor.
But I wanted to work in Malaysia so I applied for Resident Pass and it was approved - this visa will expire in the next 2 years.
The uncertainty of whether the Resident Pass will be approved in the future is not easy to live with. Has anyone here been in same predicament. Would appreciate any suggestions or solutions .

Yes its a problem. I know very little about it but please join the facebook group FSSG as they are people like you you and can give you the latest or best info.
