Has anyone received an update with their EP application during this MCO either from ESD or MEDC?

MDEC is closed from June 1 to June 14. You can expect an update after that.

Hi Padma06,

Thanks for answer, but aren’t they working online for visas approval? I guess their office is closed for endorsement and collecting passports but they’re still working online for other requests related to visas.

Yes, MDec is still processing and providing updates for EP applications ya.

Yes, MDEC is working online but they've already mentioned that you can expect delay in the approvals. So may be you can wait for some more time.

You can have HR to check with the Mdec on this. It is common for new and renewal applications take 3-4weeks during pandemic..

Online approvals are happening, albeit slow. Just be patient.

Please check the status of Your application here, Put Application & Passport number. You can find the status there or perhaps if there is ay pending document.

ESD is working very effectively. I have completed in one month.

Hi Rosee01,

Once you get online approval, you need to submit passport for endorsement, however you should take appointment through ESD System. I guess post 22 July, you can communicate more conveniently.

3-5 working day upon submission ya. if you are having trouble getting in the first attempt, do let me know if you need assistance as i've helped a lot of expatriates to obtain MyEntry. I am reachable at 60125083182.

There will be a cooling period of 14 days if MyEntry is rejected twice ya...Thanks!
