Hi Everyone,
I wants to know about Voip (voice over internet protocol) is legal in malaysia or not?
Can we make voip calls form cyber cafe or personally?
Is it allowed for Cyber cafe peoples to provide voip or Internet calling sevice to their customers?
Need Some information about Voip. Thanx
     Waiting for your response.

Hi Umair!

The answer for your question is absolutely YES! You can use Voip at any time you like and from where you've made the call in Malaysia is not important as long as you have an internet connection and voip credit of course. Well, you also can make a call from cybercafe but you have to install the program first but it's not really convenient for you because everytime you use another pc, you have to install for it.
voip is perfectly used in malaysia all the time. i use it extensively. no issues. no worries.

Yes, it is! You may use skype to make call however you need to pay for subscription fees as well but not that expensive

^ Unless Skype to Skype...then it's free.

There's no restriction to VOIP in Malaysia.  Can use at internet cafes (some have a room just for those) at home, any place you can get a connection, like Starbucks.
Is there any one know to set up voip business is legal in Malaysia.
Please Reply.
Thanks
