MDEC process

Guest7872

Hi all. I was working in Malay with EP2, then I quited and worked for the other company. But the new company failed in applying EP for me which lead to my overstay in KL for 2 times and the company paid fine for both times at Putrajaya. Now i need to return to my home country so that company can apply my documents again. HR informed me it take 14 working days for Mdec to process then I can come back Malay after that. Am I listed in blacklist of Immigration or any difficulty in this cace?

You can always check with immigration directly to know if you have been blacklisted or if you're afraid if there's any issues. Better to check at the source rather than guessing.
