It seems this forum is not really active.
You should have to search in 'Japan' instead of Osaka.

According to google search, it take 2-6 weeks to complete the registration of company.

Even though minimum investment is 1 Yen, you should have to document 5M Yen and up.

It's good to hear from some English speaking locals or law firms about formalities to register an LLC (GK) or Joint Stock Company (KK).

GK is easier than KK.

Though, you also incorporate stock company, it cost 150000 yen more than Godo kaisha (limited liability company).

As far as you can prepare office space (you can use your residence as head office of your company), it is not difficult to set up a company in Japan.
