Concern about Lungs scar.

Hi everyone, I would like to ask if I can work in Japan as caregiver even if I have xray problem. But my xray result was already given a clearance of my pulmonologist. I am medically and dont need a medication intervention according to the doctor. I've given a medical clearance just this month of April. Is it possible for the employer to waive my medical clearance??? because I really want to work there.
