Insure directly with the hospital?

I'd like to get insured directly with a private hospital.

1) Which is the best in the area? The best with the most services available.

2) I'm actually in Hong Kong more than SZ. It's just so expensive in HK. Global insurance providers increase their premiums especially for Hong Kong, hence this idea. I know it's possible to get policies directly with hospitals in other places, so I'm expecting it to be an option here in SZ.

3) I heard that SZ has better health care if you've got the money. Would you say that's accurate?
