In hospital in Chengdu question about food

Try Looking for your nearest Peters Tex Mex branch but there are still plenty of other western themed restaurants in Chengdu that will do a takeaway even if it's only Macdonalds. Since covid and the mass departure of the Western expats, the limited offerings of Western foods have all but dissapeared from the shops and I rely on buying spices from Tabao.

First of all, I hope your wife recovers quickly.

For proper Western/imported groceries (cheese, bread, yogurt, cereals, snacks, etc.), go to the Olé supermarket inside Chengdu IFS Taikoo Li on Chunxi Road.

It’s the best option in the city for this — much better than regular supermarkets. Just Didi to “IFS” or “Ole Taikoo Li”.

There’s also one in MixC mall. Walmart has a decent imported section too if that’s easier.

You can often order via Meituan for hospital delivery if they allow it.
