Hospitality business in Phnom Penh, cambodia

Hello, I am a new member with expat.com. I live in the US, I own a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Phnom Penh Cambodia. I Would like to know how to start a hospitality business there. Any suggestions or advice on this topic would greatly appreciate it.

Also, I’m a licensed real estate agent in California.
