I m from Tunisian, my fiancee is from USA. we're planning to get married in Tunisia next month. He want to take me with him live in the USA after getting married. We would love to know what papers do we need to fill out for me to get visa and how much does it cost ? i would love to know if there's any people who had been in the same situation like me.

I'm not in America, but Canada, but the process is probably similar in some aspects. You will not be able to return to America with him after marriage. It's a long process that could take a year or more. Your fiance should look up what he needs to do on the American immigration website.

Website: USCIS.com has all the information you need to apply for Spousal Visa.
US Embassy
Cost is around $500 USD for the Visa application. The process can take up to 18 months or longer with no guarantee-from my research- until you could be approved.
