Looking for a 3 room apartment or a house in Dar

Hi Everyone,

I am planning to live in Dar at least for a year and looking a place to live. I'd like to have a place in safe neighborhood with aircondition and high speed internet accsess.

I'll be in Dar on Nov 3rd.

Still looking for an apartment to rent in Dar.

Possible locations: Oysterbay, Masaki, Upanga, Mikocheni B

Type: 2 or 3 bedroom fully furnished

Price range: up to $1500

I ve seen some apartments recently and most of them are over priced for Dar. So any help would be great.

Hi

I am arriving to Dar with family 31 st March.
Also would be looking for apt in Ostey Bay or any best area in Dar.
What would you advice as you r already went this process, my budget for apt is same, 1500$.
Do you think house or apt better to have in Dar in terms of comfort but without other problems.
