Working bedside for a while may get you into the country and give you a way to find employment teaching.

You will be extremely lucky to get a teaching position right away so I suggested that you get a nursing job first, get yourself settled into the system whilst looking around for a teaching position.

Hello, I'm a Nurse in Lagos, Nigeria.
Yes, you can get a Nurse Tutor job but i would advise you to stay in Lagos or Abuja and apply in the private/government universities or schools.
